The Margaret River Busselton Tourism Association (MRBTA) has announced that the latest International and National Visitor Survey (IVS and NVS) figures released show a 20% increase in visitation across intrastate, interstate and international markets for the Margaret River region for 2015. The total number of overnight visitors in the Year Ending December 2015 was 1,320,600, compared to 1,099,100 the previous year. The growth is well ahead of the state’s average of 8.5%.
