What better way to finish an afternoon of fresh air and planting than heading to The Brewhouse to hear from some of our inspiring businesses. Steve James shared Voyager Estate’s outstanding sustainability journey, Georgina Wilkinson updated us on efforts to bring the hemp industry forward, Brett Roberts explained how Olio Bello has turned a retired 320 acre dairy farm into a certified organic producer of Australia’s most awarded olive oils, and Toby Scrivener explained how SEA Strategic Environmental Assessments is working with large and small businesses to minimise their impact on the environment. The Brewhouse hosted the event, and they are also big believers in protecting the region’s natural heritage. It was wonderful to hear how they incorporate their values into their business. Congratulations to all our raffle winners, especially to Emma Glynn who won two nighst at Whyndam Resort from RadioWest, and thank you again to the Brewhouse for their scrumptious complimentary pizzas.
