The South West Chamber of Commerce and Industry is inviting MRCCI Members to attend a briefing on the current status of the Busselton Margaret River Airport and on the work being done to get businesses “Airport Ready” .

The briefing will be held Monday 18 April in the Augusta Margaret River Chambers from 4.30pm to 6.00pm.

Naomi Searle, Director of Community and Commercial Services at the City of Busselton, who is leading the airport development project, will provide an update on the status of this activity.

Catrin Allsop, Acting CEO of Australia’s South West, has been coordinating a project focused on getting tourism, and tourism related businesses ‘Airport Ready’.  One of her tasks is to  report on the gaps that have been identified and the business opportunities that they represent. Catrin’s presentation will also outline future training opportunities for interested tourism and other related businesses.
