William Porteous Properties International was founded by William Porteous in 2009. Over this period the company has established itself as one of Perth’s leading Real Estate agencies servicing the premium sector of the market both here in Perth, around the country and in select international markets.
Due to a growing demand from our Perth based and international clients in both buying and selling properties in the South West it was decided to employ a full time Sales and Marketing Executive to service this area.
Phill Cronin lives in the Margaret River wine region and is their representative for the South West from Augusta to Bunbury.
In 2017 Phill, along with his wife and border collie, made the Tree Change and purchased their own 116-acre rural property (Hobby Farm). Phill is now a great source of information with extensive knowledge on both the South West region and everything that is involved in buying larger rural properties.
Phill’s career in Real Estate started in the UK in 1989. He then returned to education gaining an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering and worked in London until 2001 before moving to Western Australia. Here he started running his own communication and sales training business, where for the last seven years has been running sales professional development courses for the Real Estate Industry of WA (REIWA).
Phill’s strong focus on communication sets him apart from many other agents and has given him the edge in understanding his client’s needs, using this information to create beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
