Below is an excerpt from an NBN Co letter describing the progress of the region’s NBN ‘Fixed Wireless’ rollout and drop-in information sessions being held later this month.
…writing to advise you of upcoming Community Information Sessions in the South West in relation to the Fixed Wireless component of the National Broadband Network.
Ericsson Australia has been engaged by NBN Co to deliver the Fixed Wireless portion of the NBN. As part of the NBN Fixed Wireless network we are proposing to establish Fixed Wireless telecommunications facilities in Margaret River, Augusta, Quindalup and Geographe. Before lodging Development Applications with respective Councils we are hosting Community Information (Drop in) Sessions in the week commencing 28th October 2013.
