Founded in 2020, Little Hand Dumplings is a family-run business bringing the authentic flavours of Hong Kong dim sum to the Margaret River Region.
Led by qualified chef Yan, we specialise in making handmade dumplings and other Asian cuisine crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Our popular food truck regularly feeds locals and visitors alike at iconic events including Cape Mentelle Movies, the Margaret River Pro and Cabin Fever food and wine festival.
In 2025, we proudly opened a permanent home in the iconic bus on the Augusta main street. Here we serve our much-loved menu each week, while continuing to support local events with our mobile food truck. We’re passionate about connecting food, family, and feeding our community.
