Business owners, community groups and event organisers are invited to list their 2014 activities and events for free in next year’s Cape to Cape Calendar of Events, which is currently under production.
There is no cost to list the in 13-month calendar and entries can include markets, festivals, concerts, exhibitions, fetes, fairs and sporting events set to occur in the City of Busselton and the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River.
Augusta-Margaret River Shire President Ray Colyer said the calendar was produced as a way of promoting visitation in the area and generating economic activity.
“The calendar is a way of encouraging attendance at the various events being organised across the region,” he said.

“Another 10,000 are distributed through tourism outlets, given to State and Federal members of parliament, sent to media outlets and distributed to international delegates.”
Anyone interested in promoting an activity or event has until Friday 2 October 2013 to email their listing tocalendar@amrshire.wa.gov.au.
