Employment Lawyer and Corporate Training

I am an employer focused employment lawyer.  I provide employment law advice on hiring, managing and firing employees.  I advise on issues including, employment contracts, policies, compliance, terminations, complaints and investigations.  I act for employers at the Fair Work Commission on unfair dismissal, adverse action applications or more informal mediations or conciliations. I liaise with the Fair Work Ombudsman in relation to possible breaches of the Fair Work Act or Modern Awards.  I provide corporate training services to employers on employment related matters: discrimination, harassment, bullying, complaints, and/or other workplace behaviour in order for those employers to meet occupational safety and health obligations.
