The MRCCI was delighted to receive a terrific turnout for the launch of our Monthly Morning Muster at Morries Series, to be held on the last Thursday of the month.
A new initiative for 2019, Morning Musters at Morries offer members a relaxed and easy networking opportunity with fresh barista brews and scrumptious nibbles from the talented team at Morries Bar and Restaurant.
To enrich and add value, each month we feature a different guest speaker, who will provide an interesting and personal business insight.
To kick start the series, this month’s insight came from the owner of the Margaret River Hospitality Group, Anthony Janssen, whose business enterprise has grown to include White Elephant Cafe, The Common, Barefoot Beach Weddings and the Dunsborough Foreshore.
Long-standing Chamber member, Anthony spoke about his journey which began at just 22 – his blessings, challenges, tribulations and triumphs. He also spoke about trends in the industry, his thoughts on the current climate and the future.
The MRCCI extends our thanks and gratitude to Anthony for generously sharing his knowledge and industry experience with our members, who thoroughly enjoyed listening to every minute of it.
The next Morning Muster will be at 8.30am Thu 28 March and will feature a Meet, Greet and Q&A with the AMR Shire’s new Sustainable Economy Officer, Saul Cresswell.
Morning Musters are open to both MRCCI Members ($5) and Non-Members ($10).
We look forward to seeing you all there!
