At this very special Morning Muster at Morries we were introduced to a very exciting new branding and vision for Margaret River’s very own ‘support local’ campaign, called ‘Local Is More’.

Attendees sipped on lovely Morries coffees and enjoyed freshly baked breakfast bites while listening to James Davies, Brand Designer from Ground Creative, Saul Cresswell, Sustainable Economy Officer for the Shire of Augusta Margaret River and Melissa Rose, President of Margaret River Chamber of Commerce and Industry who filled us in on the process of developing the new ‘Local Is More’ campaign and how Margaret River businesses will be able to utilise the branding and campaign messages in their own marketing.

Local Is More is a multi-levelled campaign plan has been created, ensuring the reach and longevity of the project. Now it’s time to get more of our local businesses involved! This is a marketing campaign for social change, and to educate consumers about the economic and social advantages of spending locally. The idea is to encourage everyone to think local first.

The MRCCI will be providing more information on the Local Is More very soon…!
