The chorizo from the venison farm travel only 15km from the field to the fridge and even the organic olive oils that we sell are pressed less than 10 minutes from the store by Olio Bello in Cowaramup.
Their aim is to showcase the best available produce from the finest regional suppliers and make them more accessible to you. The Bettenay’s nougat that they stock is hand crafted in the heart of the Margaret River wine region and the Yallingup wood fried bread that is delivered fresh each morning is prepared for us by Gotthard and his team of bakers.
Ok, so it’s not all local.. they have specialty cheeses from France, exotic spices from Asia and organic grains and rice from South America. Simon Johnson provides them with handmade pastas, sauces and a wonderful range of aged vinegars.
